Greatest restaurants in Nashville?

I live in Nashville, and my family and I like eating out a lot. We always like to try different and unusual places, but see the holes in the wall and down home cooking just as much. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of restaurants around town do not know me, so I ask if anyone else out there can give me a list of their favorite places to eat. I will list what I'm looking for: Good Cheap Food Chain Mexican Boards Best Restaurants? Best Italian? Cajun? Barbecue? South? Pizza? " Diners? Breakfast? Middle? Mediterranean? French? German? Russian? Japanese? Chinese? Thai? Indian? Eastern South America? Northeast? African? Seafood? Or any different from others who may have forgotten. I am more familiar with the center and west of Nashville, but here goes: The Mexican Cantina * Rosepepper (Eastland 1907) * La Paz (3808 Cleghorn Ave, Green Hills) * German Gerst Haus (301 Forest) Cajun * Chappy in Church (1721 Church St.) * Bro Cajun Kitchen (3214 Charlotte) * Sam's Burgers Sports Bar (21a Avenida de la Villa) awesome pizza too. Roti (* 2413 Elliston Pl.) In the list of Top Ten Jimmy Buffet Cheesburgers in Paradise. Total dive LOVE IT! * Italian Amerigo or Maggiano's (Both West End) * 2400 12 Mafiaozo (Ave) YUM! I've thought about getting a job here just so you can see the recipe for his pizza. Buy one get one free on Tuesdays, but comes early. Ichiban Japanese * Broadway through Hard Rock Cafe We have only asked for Ginza Sushi * Green Hills only ordered the sushi * Goten (1719 West End Avenue.) Habachi * Very good sushi and Thai Lemongrass (Corner of Hwys 70 and 100 in Bellevue) I did not care for Rusanen and Virago, but are popular. Athens Family Mediterranean * Restaurant (2526 Franklin Pike) also have good breakfast * Fattoush (1716 Charlotte) * Golden Thailand and Thailand (73 White Bridge Rd.) * Siam Kitchen (265 Pike Bridge White) .- Several Sportsman Grill (5405 Harding Pl. Belle Meade Avenue in 1601 or 21. S in the Village) (1805 * Bosco 21st Ave. S) * Blackstone (1918 West End) * Brewhouse Broadway (3 locations: 1900 Broadway, 317 Broadway Charlotte and 7108) * Corner Pub in the Woods (4111 Hillsboro Cir, Green Hills and Hwy 100 in Bellevue) I've only been in Bellevue place "one of the best burgers I've had in Nashville and the service has always been good for us. I've never had the same thing twice and I loved it. * Calypso Cafe (5 places to go to www.calypsocafe.com) I have a hunch Lucayan Salad ($ 7.50) which is enough for two big meals. They labeled their menu items are or low-fat vegan eat cheap-* Hot Diggity Dogs (614 Ewing) * Mo (Fat 2620 Franklin Pike and corner of Charlotte and White Bridge Rd.) Drive through only a great food. The pallets in 12 and Kirkwood is a need in Nashville. I'll check back to see what others suggest. Usually, the holes in the wall have the best food and are the places I'd like to get leads.
